Yesterday

I was a young manager of a small telephone company and Howard was my go to guy when I needed to talk to about trends or technology or regulations in the industry, I valued his friendship and his advice. I liked the way he managed Marne & ElkHorn Telephone by caring for the customers, community and employees, one of the best managers in the industry.
