1970 - 2021

Tammy Jameson of San Tan Valley, Ariz., formerly Griswold, passed away on Wednesday Sept. 15, 2021 at the age of 51 years and eight months.
Tammy was born in Omaha, Neb. on Jan. 2, 1970 where she lived in Griswold with her family until they moved to Arizona in 1985. After graduating high school, Tammy was involved in a terrible accident that left her learning how to walk and live life again. Once she learned to walk again her brother Duane took her on a trip back to Iowa to see friends and family, that is where she reconnected with Larry Jameson. They got married on June 16, 1990 and in that marriage they had two children, Cortney and William. Over the years, they lived in Atlantic, Chandler Ariz., Baldwin Kan., back to Chandler Ariz., Apache Junction Ariz., Gilbert Ariz. and to their current home in San Tan Valley.
Tammy has worked in banking most of her life, with some time in the framing department at Michaels, then went to Wells Fargo. She worked in multiple different areas. She loved her job and found self confidence while working and professionally growing within the company.
She spent her free time crafting, between sewing, quilting, crocheting, diamond art and anything else that caught her eye in the craft stores. She would spend as much time as possible with family and friends and spoiling her grandchildren every chance she got.
Tammy is preceded in death by her parents Merle and Marlene Whiley. Tammy is survived by her husband Larry Jameson, her children Bobbi (Steven), Cortney (Cody), William Bradley (Kathryn) and her grandchildren Cailyn, Realani, Colt, Brent, Her brother Duane (Robin) and lots of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncle, and cousins.
Celebration of life will be held on Oct. 16, 3-7 p.m. at Gilbert Regional Park, 3005 E Queen Creek Rd., Gilbert, Ariz. 85298. Memorials can also be sent to Larry Jameson at 41552 N Salix Dr., San Tan Valley Ariz., 85140.
