Carol Brisbine Obituary

Carol E. Brisbine of Applegate, CA was born Oct 9, 1924 in MN and died peacefully at home on Feb 2, 2014.
She attended the Lutheran Deaconess Hospital School of Nursing in the Cadet Nurses Corps, graduating in August 1946. She earned her AA Degree in Nursing which made her very proud. After graduation she moved to southern California and met the love of her life while both were working at the same hospital. She married Robert Brisbine on Jan 24, 1948 in Glendale, CA. They had a happy 63 year marriage. Carol enjoyed being an R.N., working for private physicians in the bay area. She loved singing in choirs and with Sweet Adelines. She bowled a 600 series and was good at golf. Her humor, enjoyment of life, and love of family and friends made her special.
Carol was predeceased by her husband. She is survived by nieces and nephews and was loved and respected by all.
