Age 90, of Port Byron passed away on Sunday. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Thursday, October 30, 2025 in St. Joseph's Church, Weedsport, NY at 11:30 AM with one hour of calling prior to her mass, www.heieckpelcfuneralhome.com.

I´ve known Barbara and her family since 1977. Her niece, Mary Jean McCarthy (Barrows) was my sister-in-law. She was always so sweet and kind. She´s now in heaven with her siblings. RIP and God Bless.

We are so sorry to hear of the passing of Barbara Jean.
Barbara Jean was our neighbor for many years when we lived on Rochester Street in Port Byron.
She was a very sweet lady and will be sorely missed.
