I am very sorry to read about your loss. I hope you find some comfort in knowing that God in near to those broken at heart and those who are crushed in spirit he saves. ~ Psalm 34:18 ~

My sincere sympathy and prayers are with the Halstead family. I remember Clayton in school, and graduated with his brother Richard. Since our 50th High School Graduation in 1996, I have arranged for a picnic each year, and send letters to our classmates still living, but don't have an addres for Richard. If someone would send it to me, I would be very greatful, as hope to have a special get-to-gether in 2011 which will be our 65th year. As Shirley Knapp, another classmate said, do remember all the good times, and fond memories, as they will help you in the days ahead. Helen (Rood) Weldon

Dorothy & her family have my deepest sympathy for the loss of her husband, & their father. I went to school with Clayton & Dorothy & I was friends & neighbors for years. My thoughts & prayers are with the family. Lost contact with you people thru the yrs. & then to have to see it in the paper is kind of shock. Remember the good times you all had & it will help you thru this. God Bless. Shirley Knapp
