Dan & I go way back to the early 1970s, where we both attended SUNY Binghamton (Harpur College). We became close friends & he taught me a lot about music, & also the macrobiotic diet, both of which have had a profound influence on my life. May his memory be a blessed one!

Ed,
I think of Dan all the time and actually named my son, Daniel, in his memory. I studied with him in NYC, in the 90's. Great human being.

Been thinking of Danny a lot lately - memories of the Binghamton Jazz Quintet, of visiting you guys in NYC, of studying guitar with him
