Patrick Doucet Obituary

JUNIUS/CLYDE < Patrick J. Doucet, 39, of 636 Dublin Road, died Sunday, Nov. 18, 2007, in his home. Patrick was born April 10, 1968, in Penn Yan, the son of Joseph M. and Shirley J. Lafler Doucet. He was a 1987 graduate of the North Rose-Wolcott High School. He drove a truck for a few years and then was employed at Cayuga Lake State Park in Seneca Falls. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He is survived by two sons, Patrick J. Doucet, II, and Eric M. Doucet, both of Clyde; three daughters, Adrianna Smith, of Kentucky, Clarrissa J. Doucet, and Katelyn Doucet, both of Clyde; his mother, Shirley J. Doucet, of Red Creek; two brothers, Joseph M. Doucet, III, of Michigan and Kenneth R. (Deborah) Doucet, of Rose; one sister, Debra A. (Ronald) Hall, of Weedsport; many aunts, uncles, cousin, nieces and nephews; his girlfriend, Vicky Wilkins, of Clyde; and two very close friends, Jeff Weed and Scott Brooks. He was predeceased by one sister, Shirley DeRosia. Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. Friday, Nov. 23, at the Coe-Genung Funeral Home in Waterloo. The funeral service will immediately follow at 4 p.m. in the funeral home. The Rev. Ellen Donnan Carroll, pastor of the Junius Presbyterian Church, will officiate. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made to the organization of one"s choice.
