Bryant Beasley Obituary

AUGUSTA, Ga.- Entered into rest Sunday, March 21, 2004 at the Medical College of Georgia. Mr. Bryant Victor Beasley. Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, March 26, 2004 at 1 p.m. from Broadway Baptist Church with Rev. Dr. C. W. Joyner, Jr., Pastor officiating. Interment will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home this evening, Thursday, March 25, 2004 at 6 until 7 p.m. Honorary pallbearers G. P. Butler High School Class of 1987 and Members, Paine College Upward Bound Program. Bryant graduated from G.P. Butler High School Class of 1987; he attended Clark Atlanta University and he was a past member of Paine College Upward Bound Program. Survivors are a son, Chauncey Briggs; fiancŽe, Shakia Briggs; mother, Marion R. Beasley; brother, Brandon Beasley; sister, Barbara Estes; maternal grandmother, Mattie Parker; uncles, Darryl Parker, Collis Beasley and Lee Beasley; aunts, Marcia Parker, Ira Clark and Lor etta Beasley; cousins (like daughters), Courtney and Daryl Janae Parker; a niece, two nephews; and a host of great aunts and uncles, other cousins, and many friends. The Cook Family(Eric & Von)would like to send our deepest condolences to the Beasley family. Bryant was my high school classmate and friend. I hope that he led a wonderful life and I will always remember the "little guy, with the big heart." I never got the chance to see Bryant before this, but I have many years of FUN memories from high school and Upward Bound.
