AUGUSTA, Ga.- Funeral services for Miss Freda Denise Lanham, 34, of Richmond Hill Road, who departed this life July 24, 2003 at 6:40 a.m. in the University Hospital, will be conducted this Tuesday, July 29, 2003 at 2 p.m. from Rock of Ages Methodist Church, Rev. Dian Askew officiating, burial will be in the Walker Cemetery. Freda, a dedicated mother and daughter, was born November 12, 1968 in Augusta. She was the only daughter of Shirley Harris-Lanham. God shared his child with us for a few short years, and has now sent His angels to bring her home to rest again in his bosom. Her faithfulness and loyalty to God, her family, and all that she came in contact with, had made her our example of a strong-independent black woman. We love you and thank you for the time we shared together. And until we see you again at the Great Homecoming, you will remain deep in our hearts and souls forever. She leaves to cherish her memories, her parents, Shirley Harris-Lanham,Augusta, and Burrell Lanham, Jr., California; one daughter, Tiara Henley, two sons, Solomon and Rashun Lanham; one brother, James K.
