Howard Etterman

LAKE WORTH, Fla. - Howard Etersque Etterman, 74, of Lake Worth, FL, formerly of Brooklyn, NY and Rockville, MD, died Saturday, September 21, 2013 in Lake Worth, Florida following a lengthy battle with cancer. Following his service in the United States Army as a Chaplain s Assistant Rabbi, Howard worked in Montgomery County, MD Rehabilitation Center as a Counselor and retired to Lake Worth with his wife of many years, Arlene Silverstein Etterman. He is survived by his loving wife, his brother, Dr. Stanley Gus Etterman Etersque of Augusta, his step-children, step-grandchildren, his niece, Andrea Etersque Baerwalde of Dallas, GA and his nephew, Michael Etersque of Atlanta. A Memorial Service was held Tuesday, September 24 at 11:30 a.m. at Beth Israel Memorial Chapel in Boynton Beach, FL followed by interment at Veterans Cemetery in Lake Worth, FL. Shiva was at the Etersque Home at 3226 Riverstone Drive, Martinez, Georgia on Thursday, September 26 at 8:00 p.m.
