The past year has been a very difficult one.It is in times like these we are reminded that authentic unconditional love is not only real, but waiting for each of us.Keith and I grasped that understanding, and together made it our mission to explain and share that gift of grace.I sent Brennan Manning books...and Keith handed them out.We were lovingly labled "mystics";we preferred true children of God,Abba, and most of all 'Daddy'.In honor of Keith,I pray each of you find childlike faith, and the unshakable peace and love which results.Martha,Boys, and yes Amos too,my love for you stands stronger and more comitted then ever.(1 Cor.13)My heart aches too...God Bless You and your precious community.

Dear Father Johnny,
We are very sorry to hear about your dad. Mom is really sad, she loved him alot, and shows anyone that comes to the house all of his paintings. I met your brother David this summer and he was even cooler than you. We will always remember your dad as "Uncle Keith the man who took our golf cart and blessed every single tree at our new house. We miss and love you and always pray for you.

I am so sorry for the loss of a great man! May God Bless you all at this time and know your family is in our prayers in Valdosta, Georgia. We found out about his passing via internet and our hearts are truly broken. We truly loved your "daddy" and the art he drew of Christ will forever be in our hearts. --Kathi Bair---

Keith was a special friend. Easy to talk too, ready to listen. Always ready to be of help and a willing prayer warrior. I regret that the years and changing situations made our visits rare over time, but I cherish the "good old days" when we worked together. Martha and kids, our prayers are with you during these difficult days. Now Keith can see face to face the visage of Jesus he so often painted on canvas. I know he is whole and free from the pain and strife of this lifes existance. One day we will see eachother again. May God comfort you with this knowledge and hold you in His hand as He carries you through.

We are pressed on every side by troubles, but not crushed and broken. We are perplexed because we don't know why things happen as they do, but we don't give up and quit. We are hunted down, but God never abandons us. We get knocked down, but we get up again and keep going.May God Bless all of you at this diffcult time.

MARTHA, JOHNNY, JUDAH, DAVID, LEVI .... God bless you all. I was taken aback when I learned of Keith's passing. My prayers are with you at this time. I am unable to come to the funeral...too much going on here. I have no one to help me and I need to accomplish it by myself. Again...GOD BLESS YOU. I will try to see you soon. Fr. Richard

Keith will be so missed by all of us at Blanchard Equipment Co in Waynesboro. We enjoyed his spiritual uplifting and his wonderful sense of humor. His artwork delivered such a powerful message and I will treasure it forever. May God bless all of you at this difficult time.

Martha, Fr. John, Judah, David, and Levi,
I am sorry for the loss of Keith. He's a great man and I always enjoyed him, and will always remember those big ole bear hugs that he used to give. No one gave a hug like he did. I'm sorry I will miss his funeral in Augusta, but know that he and your family will be in my prayers this week. May God bless and keep you near to His heart.
"Eternal Rest grant unto him O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace."

Please know that I am thinking of Keith and you right now. I can find no good words to comfort you at the time of this loss. I loved Keith very much and he told me the same many times. I saved his last voicemail/prayer for me from 3 months ago. In it he told me that he had found himself at the foot of the cross for me... Well, I am not sure I am as spiritual as Keith, but I find myself there for him now. I am afraid I am not his equal in this effort. I often told him my prayers were bulb busters... meaning that they couldn't get above the ceiling in my office I have always thought that God spends more time on some people than he does others.... not that they need more time, but to "perfect" that person.... I believe God worked overtime on this kind spirit of a man. Thanks for sharing Keith with me.

Keith is my Christian friend. I always loved seeing him and listen to his inspiring words from scripture. His art work gave honor to the one who loves us the most; Jesus Christ. See you later Keith, your brother in Christ, Alan Clingan
