James Daniels Obituary

WARRENVILLE, S.C. - Mr. James W. Daniels, Jr., age 81 of Warrenville, S. C., beloved husband of 51 years to Patricia Seymour Daniels, and son of the late James W. Daniels, Sr. and the late Eva Alice Moore Daniels, entered into eternal rest on Monday, February 21, 2011. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Lynda A. Daniels of Warrenville, S.C.; a son and daughter-in-law, Michael W. and Susan Daniels of Blue Ridge, Ga.; sisters, Mattie Wilma Williamson of Vidalia, Ga., Evelyn Garvin of Aiken, S.C., Kathryn Amos of Columbia, S.C., Edna Gibson of Evans, Ga. and two grandchildren, John and Blake Daniels of Blue Ridge, Georgia. He was born in Tombs County, Georgia but has been a lifelong resident of Aiken County, S.C. He was of the Baptist Faith. He was retired from the Medical College of Georgia, Pathology Department as an Instrumentation Technician. Up to his failing health, he also ran a TV and Radio Shop. He is a US Army Veteran, having served his country during the Korean Conflict. He really loved to read and study. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather and shall be greatly missed by his family and many friends; however earth's loss is Heaven's gain; and he is now in a better place with a new body and is not experiencing any more pain or bad health problems. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 24, 2011 at 2:00 PM at the Graniteville Cemetery with Rev. Gene Wilson officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home this evening, Wednesday, February 23rd from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Family and friends are asked to meet at the graveside by 1:45 PM the day of the service. Napier Funeral Home, 315 Main St., Graniteville, S.C. is in charge of the funeral arrangements. So sorry to hear of your loss, it is never easy to give up a loved one, even when you know where he is, you still will miss him. You have many wonderful memoies to keep him close to your heart. God Bless you all. Will be praying for you.
