I will never forget the time when I was a little girl and my Mother and I went to the club to visit my Grandmother who worked there (laddie Koss)and Joe had been fishing that day and he wanted to show me the catfish he had caught and he put a fish up to my face for me to see. It scared me and I got so upset . I called him mean Joe Murrah from then on. I look back now and laugh. Joe was a good man and will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. take care and god bless

Although, I only knew Big Joe for a short time...

I'll always think of the conversations we had.....

Early in the mornings, over a cup of coffee....

Life is eternal; it does not end

so the soul forever will remain.

Death is just a transition

Throughout all eternity.

Once again we will all come together

to share our lives and love

in a new world even better,

the one called heaven above.
