He will be missed around the neighborhood. He always looked out for us. Not long ago he restored the finish of the headlights on my car with something he had ordered! He had fun with it and I really appreciated it!

Larry, thank you my dear friend and counselor, who made me and so many like me, better prosecutors and public servants. You taught us about hard work and the never-ending search for the evidence that made our cases stronger. You also taught us the healing power of laughter and the gift of enduring friendship. I have missed our frequent, if not almost nightly meetings, with Sid, Gene, Charles, Danny, and Lonnie. No one ever enjoyed camaraderie and merriment more than we. I'll now miss our luncheons at S&S and Sunshine and telling and re-telling of the old cop-bad guy stories. Most of all, I'll miss the joy you brought into our lives every time we had the pleasure of your company.
To Gail, Miles, Lee, and Michelle, I pray the Lord will bless and comfort you during this sad time. You may all be content in the knowledge that Larry loved you, that he was proud of all of his children, and that he is now in a better place.
