Lillian Dye Middleton
NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C.-Funeral Services for Mrs. Lillian Dye Middleton, 63, of Dana Drive, North Augusta, SC, who died October 21, 2004, will be conducted Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock from the Sweetwater Baptist Church. Dr. Eleazer Benenhaley officiating. Interment in Pineview Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Middleton was a native of Mitchell, Georgia, having made North Augusta her life-long residence. She was a member of Sweetwater Baptist Church and employed at the Medical College of Georgia as a Unit Clerk. Survivors include her husband, David E. Middleton; two sons, Andy Middleton and Kenny Middleton, both of North Augusta; one daughter and son-in-law, Cathy & Ben Rucker, North Augusta; mother, Grace Chalker, East Dublin, GA; three brothers, Roger Dye, Forsythe, GA, Ralph Byrd and Larry Byrd, both of Graniteville, SC; four sisters, Opal Chalker, East Dublin, GA, Joyce Nabors, Greenwood, SC, Sara Morris and Betty Miller, both of Edgefield; three grandchildren, Julie Anna Middleton, Josh Middleton, Shelby E. Rucker. stepmother, Myrtice Dye, Edgefield. Pallbearers will be David Miller, Rick Leach, Tim Cook, Chuck Cook, John Martin, Cliff Hensley and Paul Towner. The family will receive friends at the funeral home this Saturday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box K, Aiken, S.C. 29802. Stephen D.
