Milo Kitchens Obituary

Electrician HULL, Ga. - Mr. Milo Benny Kitchens, Sr., 68, beloved husband of Mrs. Berthine McElroy Kitchens of Glen Carrie Road, died Tuesday, February 15, 2005, at his residence. A memorial service will be at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, February 20, in the Curtis Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Randy Dunaway and Rev. L.M. Hobbs officiating. Mr. Kitchens was a native of Glascock County, and had lived in Hull for many years. He was an Air Force Veteran, an electrician and a member and had worked with the AMVets. He was a Baptist. He was preceded in death by his parents, George Robert and Lizzie Belle Hobbs Kitchens, and his daughter, Gloria Sue Jordan. He is survived by his wife, Bethine McElroy Kitchens; a daughter, Lori Lance; two sons, Milo Benny Kitchens, Jr. and Robert Anthony Kitchens; five sisters, Sadie Kitchens, Stapleton, Lollie Dell Todd, Gibson, Lynn Mayo, Norwood, Annette Key and Julia Massey, both of Thomson; five brothers, James Kitchens, Sr., Harr y Kitchens, Sr., and George Robert Kitchens, Jr., all of Stapleton, John Weldon Kitchens, Sr., Hephzibah and Julian Kitchens, Wrens and ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
