Tri-Development Employee NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. - Entered into rest on Saturday, December 15, 2007, Mr. Patrick Owen Stepp, 38, son of Richard P. and Carolyn A. Stepp, of 219 Hermitage Lane, North Augusta, SC. Patrick was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Pauline Stepp and Wilsie Morris. Surviving with his parents are two sisters, Angela Baldy (Paul), Panama City, FL and Paula Riddle (Richard), Greenville, SC; an aunt and uncle, Mary and William Scales, Union SC and a aunt, Beatrice Vaughan, Belvedere, SC; three nephews: Drew Baldy, Zachary Baldy and Walker Baldy, all of Panama City, FL; three nieces: Emma Grace Riddle, Vivian Riddle, and Lindsey Riddle, all of Greenville, SC and a great niece Alanna Baldy, Panama City, FL. Patrick was born in Union, SC and worked for the Tri-Development Center of Aiken County with five years of service. He was a member of Howlandville Baptist Church, Warrenville, SC and a member of the Night Owls and the Dream Catchers. Funeral services will be on Tuesday at 2 o'clock p.m. at Howlandville Baptist Church with Revs. James McCary and Wyatt Brown officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Graniteville, SC. Pallbearers will be Jackie Dover, Eddie Grantham, Michael Baldy and David Rohr. In lieu of flowers, the family asked that memorials be made to Tri-Development Center of Aiken County, Belvedere/North Augusta Satellite, 725 Edgefield Road, North Augusta, SC 29841.
