James S. Pleskovich

Pleskovich, James S. Age 75, of Montgomery, IL, died Sunday, June 29, 2014 at Seasons Hospice in Naperville, IL. He was born December 5, 1938 in Ottawa, IL, the son of the late Stephen J. and Mary (nee Burcar) Pleskovich. Jim was a member of St. Anne Catholic Church in Oswego, IL, Aurora Sportsman's Club, Oswego/Boulder Hill Antique Club and he enjoyed time at the Oswego Senior Center. He was employed at Caterpillar Tractor Co in Aurora, IL for 27 1/2 years prior to his retirement in 1997; he also worked at WMRO as a Disc Jockey, a commercial photographer and at Parkway Color Graphics in Chicago, IL. Jim is survived by his wife, Karen (nee Hodges) Pleskovich; daughter, Joanne Pleskovich of Anoka, MN; son, Daniel (Laura) Pleskovich of Yorkville, IL; grandson, Jacob Pleskovich; stepdaughter, Katrina Brooks; two stepsons, Ronnie (Frances) Pless of Houston, TX, Scott (Melissa) Pless of Rock Hill, SC; five step-grandchildren, Mikayla and Noah Pless, Eli, Trevor and Audrey Brooks. He was preceded in death also by a granddaughter, Natalie Brooks. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, July 2, 2014 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the DUNN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY, 1801 Douglas Road, Oswego, IL. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 3, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Lincoln Memorial Park in Aurora, IL.
