Patricia Wolsfelt

1939 - 2015

Patricia (Boyce) Wolsfelt, 76 of Somonauk, passed away peacefully at home on April 8, 2015. Patricia was born January 28, 1939 in Aurora, IL to Robert (Bud) & Opal (Golding) Boyce. She married James Wolsfelt, July 18, 1959 in Aurora, IL. She was a noon supervisor at the Somonauk Grade School for many years. She retired from Plano Molding Company where she worked as the Receptionist and Manager of the Company store. She loved to travel and go camping with the motor home where she and Jim would often visit Rendezvous and Historical re-enacting events. She enjoyed spinning and weaving the wool from her own sheep and often demonstrated at various festivals. She is survived by her husband Jim, Three children, Larry (Sandy) Wolsfelt, Jeff (Lorene) Wolsfelt, Cathy (Dale) Glover. Grand Children include- Jennifer (Chris) Stahly, Kimberly (Jorge) Nikolas, James Wolsfelt, Roberta O'Brien, Warren Wolsfelt and Autumn Bowman. Great Grandchildren are Alexus and Christian Stahly, Isaac and Patrick Nikolas, Nikki O'Brien and Michael Bowman. She is survived by one sister Yvonne (Steve) Schmidt. Pat is preceeded in death by her parents and two brothers-Robert and Stephen Boyce. Memorial Mass will be held at St. Johns the Baptist Catholic Church in Somonauk, IL on Saturday April 25, 2015 at 11 AM. A Luncheon to celebrate her life will follow mass at the Church hall at Noon. Private Burial will be at Mt Olivet Cemetery in Aurora, IL . Memorials may be directed to the donor's choice.
