I didn't know Bill well, but well enough to know he was an amazing man. He did so much helping out at the Rock U concerts Hix Bros put on, playing bass when we didn't have enough students. His musical creations surpass anything I could ever imagine to make myself. I think he even did some repairs on my guitars. Overall, Bill was a great man and he will be missed.

So sorry to hear about Bill's passing! I haven't seen Bill for quite some time but he played in our band after my brother died in 1983 - the band was KW & the Country Gentlemen. Bill was a great lead guitarist and a super nice guy - I feel so bad - my codolences to the family!
