We felt privileged, appreciative, happy whenever we could chat and be with Bill Winchell. Bill was a talented, intelligent, engaging gentleman. We always enjoyed our times and being friends with Bill, wife Janice, son Jimmy, son-in-law Bob. Talking with Bill highlighted the amazing, varied, creative life he lived. Bill will forever be cherished and remembered by his family, friends, and those who knew him.
Fondly, with heartfelt remembrance,
Kathy and Dave Conway

Janice: Bill was always the highlight of my tax season. He always called for an eight o'clock meeting in March. He made this appointment in January. I always made sure I was at the office at 7:30 because that is when he came. We would get our business done first. Then we would visit for awhile about current events, etc. It was amazing how we were always on the same conservative page! Great client and friend. Will miss him dearly. Take care of yourself.
