Avery Kay Obituary
died October 29, 2015, at the age of 96. He served his country with distinction in World War II, during the Korean War, and in the Vietnam War, and made significant contributions in strategic planning as an Air Force officer. His beloved wife of 46 years, Eleanor, died in 1994. A man of courage, strong loyalties, and deep friendships, he will be missed by his sister; his children and grandchildren; his nieces and their families; his cousins, for whom he held the threads of family together; his friends, the children of his friends, and the friends of his children. A memorial service will be held in Los Angeles.
