Carolyn Cook Obituary

Carolyn Jean Dickens Cook

- - September 2, 1929 to October 29, 2017. Born and raised in Jackson, MI and a graduate of Jackson High School. She married Forest Philip Cook in 1961. The couple raised their two children in Toledo and Defiance, Ohio and in Kearny, AZ. Jean worked for many years at Kearny Drug Store. Jean and Phil eventually retired to Prescott, AZ. After Phil's death, Jean moved to Boise, ID and lived there until her death. She is buried in Dewey, AZ. She is survived by her children - Scott and Linda Cook, her grandchildren - Logan and Jordan Cook, her nieces and their husbands - Laurie and Eric Perkins and Kileen and Harold Mohr, her nephew and his wife - Bryon and Kathy Dickens, and three grandnieces - Chelsea and Aubrey Dickens, and Kallen Mohr.
