Daniel Nelson Obituary
62, passed away unexpectedly at his home April 5, 2016. Dan leaves behind his wife of 38 years Theresa Nelson, his Mother Eileen Nelson of Payson, AZ, 2 children, Gayle Rose (Marty) & Jacob Nelson (Josie) and 4 grandchildren Addie, Troy, Hadley & Brody. Brother John Nelson (Linda) of Gunnison, CO, sisters Kathy Nelson of Payson, & Christine Garrett (Al) of Kingman. Also several in laws and close friends. Dan graduated from Buckeye HS. He was loved by everyone who knew him. Dan retired in 2015 as a Manager of Fertizona in Buckeye. He was an exceptional family man who doted on his grandchildren. To them he was Papa, their hero. He will be greatly missed. Services at St. Henrys Catholic Church, 24750 W. Lower Buckeye Rd., at 10am. April 9th with reception at Palo Verde School 10700 S. Palo Verde Rd.

Theresa this is Dans friend Johnny Gallegos I recently went to kingman looking for you and your family and I found he passed away, I was not ready to say goodbye but hello, we pray for you and the beautiful famiy he left behind, we found him on Facebook and he looks very happy. Dan was one of a kind, always loved to hear his stories. When Bruce and I started dating we couldn't wait to tell our mutual friend. What treasured memories I have working with Dan and sharing our children's accomplishments. He loved his Theresa and all of his family.
