I am pretty sure Dennis baptized me while serving a mission in Texas. I was just looking for an update on him and found this. My condolences.

Uncle Dennis will always have a place in my heart. I will never forget all he has done for my mother and me. I will miss his Worm Smile, soft Touch. I will never forget how much Uncle Dennis meant to this family and the wonderful life led. I will miss him always and forever.
With much love

Dear Suzi,
It was with much sadness we read of Dennis's passing. We were at our home in California when he died so sorry we did not get to the viewing or funeral. We are very grateful for the privilege of knowing Dennis and he had a great effect on our lives. He was probably the most Christ like man we ever met and we loved him with all our heart.Without Bishop Evertion our grandson would have never gone on his mission. It is a great loss to have him gone but no one was ever more ready to pass through the veil than was Dennis. The Lord has a great work for him and there was no need for Dennis to spend many years upon the earth to prepare himself as he was prepared. We are sure that was the reason the Lord took him home at such an early age and we know someday we will all have a great reunion with him if we are worthy. Our love to your family.

There aren’t enough nice words to describe Uncle Dennis. I have always looked up to hime and though of him as a truly genuine person. I will miss his subtle humor and warm laugh. I know he is in a place where he is loved almost as much as he was in your home. Your family is in our prayers.
