Diana Embry Obituary
DIANA L EMBRY, age 58 of Paradise Valley passed away at her home Sunday May 9, 2010. She was born March 6, 1952 to Peter and Irene Franco in Las Cruces, New Mexico. She had been an area resident since 1980 and was loved by all that knew her. Ms. Embry was a homemaker and member of Desert Springs Bible Church. Diana was dearly loved mother and lita to six children/spouses: Beverly/Dave Barnes, Saundra Embry, Deanna/Aaron Levine, Suzanne/Kurt Whitman, Kim/Keith Gehle and Travis/Callie Embry; and 10 grandchildren: Brittany, Jack and Austin Barnes, Chase and Sophia Levine, Aubrey Gehle, William, Austin, Ellie and Zach Embry. Diana is also survived by her father Peter Franco and 3 brothers: Pete, Eddie and Rudy Franco. Diana was preceded in death by her mother Irene Franco. Memorial service will be held Friday, May 14, 2010 at 11am at Desert Springs Bible Church,16215 North Tatum Blvd.

DIANA WAS A DEAR FRIEND TO EVERYONE. I MET HER 2 YEARS AGO IN SUNCITY WHILE WORKING IN THE SAME COMPLEX. WE BECAME FRIENDS VERY QUICKLY. I HAD LOST TOUCH WITH HER OVER THE LAST FEW MONTHS & WAS VERY SADDENED TO HEAR OF HER PASSING.I'M SURE SHE WILL BE DEAPLY MISSED BY ALL THAT KNEW HER! REST IN PEACE DIANA ! YOUR FRIEND, DEBBY

We met & knew your Mom thru Church of the Valley...so sorry to hear about your loss! Our thoughts and prayers are with your family, as I know she will be sorely missed! She was a wonderful lady! Laura (Pitney) Miller and Dale & Peg Pitney.
This was the last tme we were all together and I will cherish it always.

My mom's legacy lives on through her daughters and grandchildren! She had a heart of gold and a smile on her face always. She truly made a difference in many people's lives! If anyone has photos or memories to share, please sign this book and help us remember Diana. Thanks, Saundra

Bev, Dave, Jack, Austin, Brittany, Saundra, Suzanne, Dee Dee, and Everyone Else,
Diana's warmth literally lit up a room when she walked in. The last time I saw her was Easter Sunday when she brought a bunch of goodies the Easter Bunny left at her place. I will miss her!
