Elisabeth Luther Obituary
Phoenix - Elisabeth "Lizzie" Ann Tribble Luther passed away at 8:08pm MST on Wednesday, 1/10/18 from the Mayo Hospital in North Phoenix. Lizzie, survived by her son Jonathan, lived a life full of charity and goodwill. At the young age of 24 she became director of one of the nation's largest food banks, and helped feed millions. She later co-founded a rehabilitation center in Memphis Tennessee, helping reintegrate those suffering from substance abuse, where the center celebrates its 25th anniversary. Lizzie helped thousands through her work as a nonprofit consultant, where she assisted fledgling domestic violence shelters, meals-on-wheels programs, early learning centers, senior care agencies and more. Dedicating her life to improving humanity and possessing a soul of infinite giving, she will be forever remembered.
Her Memorial Service will be held at Unity of Phoenix Spiritual Center on January 27th at 11:00 am. All are welcome to come celebrate her incredible life.
