Ellen McElhanon Obituary
- - Born in Colorado Springs, CO Ellen S. McElhanon, age 51, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 29, 2018. Ellen was a loving family member, loyal and faithful friend, consummate professional in business whether in technical software sales or real estate, often making life-long friends of those she came in contact with. We will miss her. She is preceded in death by her father Don McElhanon and survived by her mother Mary McElhanon. Services will be held at Scottsdale Bible Church - Cactus Campus, 2501 E. Cactus Rd, on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 where the family will greet friends from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers a donation may be made in her father's name to the Alzheimer's Association at www.alz.org

I'm so very sad to just learn of Ellen's passing. My heart breaks to hear learn this. I had the pleasure of working with Ellen when she was with TransEngen and we continued to stay in touch afterwards. She was such a sweet person, the consummate professional and could hold her own in a board room. She was strong in her faith and just an all around good person -- a fantastic person. I will miss my catch up conversations with her. I know she is resting with our Lord.

I'm incredibly sad to hear of Ellen's passing. We were sorority sisters at ASU and kept in touch over the years since college. I last saw Ellen in August when she was in MN for a business trip and we had dinner together. We had a great visit and I'm so thankful we made time to catch up! I know she was having treatments for her liver issues and she was on a strict diet. She was so optimistic. Condolences to her family, as I understand how difficult this must be. Prayers for you all...

A long time, wonderful friend since collage taken far too soon. Lots of fond memories with Ellen and our group of girlfriends over the years. Little did we know we would go on to be co-workers and partners in some instances selling real estate. She will be very missed!
