Erin Watson Obituary
Erin Watson, born March 1, 1979, the daughter of Vince and Susan Watson, and fiancé of James Polk, died suddenly and unexpectedly on May 1, 2017 in Phoenix. She was a lifelong resident of Arizona, and a gifted hair stylist. She will be remembered for her beauty, dazzling smile, wonderful sense of humor and her great love for James. Erin was a dedicated caregiver to her disabled sister Katie, and loved her cats and birds. She is survived by her parents, fiancé, six siblings: Sean (Jana), Shannon (Tommy) Smith, Monica (Brian) Bush, Katie, Brian, Kevin (Rebecka), as well as the eight nieces and nephews she adored. Her celebration of life will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, May 11th at the Franciscan Renewal Center, 5801 E. Lincoln Drive, Scottsdale.
