Mulleneaux, Gene Monroe
74 of Colton, OR, passed away on November 12, 2017. Born in Glendale, CA to parents Grant & Ruth Mulleneaux. Attended Carl Hayden High School & Phoenix Community College. He served a mission in Ireland for the LDS church. He married his best friend Rickey & just celebrated 51 years of marriage this past July. He continued to serve his church. Hobbies- guns, ammunition reloading, reptiles. He served as President for the Arizona Herpetological Association, in the U.S. Air Force & Army Reserves for 6 years. He worked for the LA County Sheriffs Department, Phoenix Police Department, owned his own gun shop & worked for SRP as a ZanJero for 20+ years. He retired to Oregon in 2001, he spent his days watching his grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents. Survived by his Siblings-Linda (Fulwood) Blackburn, Jill (Gary) Hassen, Gary (Connie), Dan (Christine), Richard (Helen) Mulleneaux, Wife-Rickey, Children-Cheri (Mark), Tammy (Manny), Natalie, Shea (Trevor), Richard (Sarah). Grandchildren-Rion, Justin, Connor, & Hayden Vest. Veronica, Raquel, Isabella, & Olivia Dominguez. Tate & Tyler Mulleneaux. Logen, Jayce & Madison Sprague. Jaeden Bramblett. McKenzie, Brooklyn, Kayleigh & Ethan Morrison. Services-Saturday November 18, 2017 at noon at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Molalla, OR. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the LDS Missionary fund Canyon Creek Ward, Molalla, OR.
