Issis Negron Obituary
38, of Tempe, AZ passed away on February 12, 2015. Issis was, first and foremost, a teacher and an educator - a vessel of knowledge to all ages. She dedicated many years to early childhood education and the past five years to social work. As a Bilingual Program Specialist, she taught diverse communities and families not only about child care and child development, but also how to love. She always shared stories and life memories in the most hilarious and poignant ways. Her love for languages, cultures and diversity was exemplified in her fluency in seven languages and immense knowledge of the world's peoples. Issis radiated a passion for music and continuously exposed others to new songs and their root culture. Her love for learning never ceased. Her two sons were the world to her and she took them on countless adventures, exposing them to the world through her beautiful lens. Issis made friends everywhere she went and left her footprint in their lives, touching their hearts and souls, even in the smallest moments. In her final years, despite her battle against cancer, Issis reached out to others also affected and ultimately became a cheerleader and inspiration to many. She was selfless; she was the light of the world. Issis is survived by her two sons, Solano Negron and Alisano Bin-Rella. Issis is preceded in death by her father, Yusuf Bin-Rella, Sr. and is survived by her mother, Connie Bin-Rella; her sister, Stephanie McIntyre; her brothers, Adam McIntyre and Yusuf Bin-Rella, Jr.; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Resthaven Chapel, 4310 East Southern Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85042, 602-437-0436. Services will be held at Resthaven Chapel on Sunday, February 22, 2015. Chapel doors open at 3:00 pm with services from 4:00 - 6:00 pm. Please come and celebrate her life and love with us. I Love and Miss You Very Much my friend. I never told you the story of when you gave me my first and second tattoo as a teenager, my sister snitched on me. I got my back beat out by my mom....lol. Not because you did it. But because I asked her first, she said no, but I had you do it anyway....lol. I keep this tat on my forearm to remember you by. And laugh at the beating I got because of it....lol. And I would do it all over again. I miss you my friend. If and when my time should ever come to an end on this side of life, I pray that your face is definitely one that I see, when I open my eyes in Glory. Blessings to you.

As I type this I hear your giggles and see that hand on your hip, and I realized at this moment that during your entire journey down the road of Dr's, etc...that you were not only preparing yourself for this day, but you were preparing each one of us that know and love you so dearly. I followed you from your first day on the Facebook breast cancer group...and I like everyone admired you through your journey. You are one amazing woman! I never met you but I felt I knew you, you were that transparent. I was hoping for a miracle for you and your boys. Love you! You were Beautiful, Brilliant and so Accomplished; yet being a good Mother was always a First priority. My sweet ,your legacy will live on thru the true loves of your life..your amazing sons!! You were a wonderful blessing at birth and we all felt extremely blessed by being part of your life! You had an amazing gift of languages. ..no one ever felt like a stranger once they met you♡♡

Issis, You were one and only, unique and exotic woman I knew. You called me Tia Tencha and felt the love. You have left us with many memories here in Madison, WI.
