Mesa - Jackie Fabric, 67, died November 27, 2020 in Mesa AZ.
He was born December 30, 1952 at Good Sam Hospital in Phoenix, AZ at which time he was diagnosed with Down Syndrome and wasn't expected to live. He was raised by his guardian Anna Brutcher who walked to the hospital days after his birth and carried Jack home. She cared for Jackie until her passing.
Jackie lived in several group homes where he made friends with many of the other residence. He loved working at the Mark Center where he handled various jobs. He had a passion for puzzle books, pens, coffee and sprite.
