Dear Sue and Family,
I have been thinking of you daily and trying to form in my mind what to say to you at this extremely difficult time in your lives. I would like for you to know that I love you very much. I appreciate your friendship and the times we have spent together. I have fond memories of Jay and family members at school events, cross country, band concerts, and expecially the Special Guy Dances for Girl Scouts! I certainly appreciate all Jay did to advocate for me at Oasis! The support of your family was and continues to be greatly appreciated. Please take one day at a time and enjoy each memory. You are all in my thoughts and prayers daily.
Sincerely,

Dear Fosdick family,
I still can't wrap my head around the loss of such a great father, family member, and friend. I could always count on seeing Jay at the school for the kids' special activities from band concerts to field days. I looked forward to our conversations about the children and family life. It was obvious that his family meant the world to him.

Dear Fosdick Family,
I was so sad to hear the news about Mr. Fosdick. As Matthew's third grade teacher I remember Mr. Fosdick putting me on the spot asking me to tell him in only 2 minutes what the subject language was. I still have hanging next to my computer at home, 2 amazing e-mails he sent me about the way I teach. He was a great father and you all will be in my thoughts and prayers!
