I went to Emerson in the same grade as Jose. He was a tall, sweet, gentle, gentlemanly young man. A lovely person. So sorry to hear he has died. It sounds like he had much love in his life.

My father, Tony Fotinos, worked with Joe at Station 9 in Phoenix for several years, and I met Joe on multiple occasions when visiting the Station. He always seemed like a gentle soul who was kind and compassionate. I know from stories my Dad has told me, Joe also had a very good sense of humor. My most sincerely condolences on the passing of Joe. May he rest in eternal peace.

Sincerely,
Jessica J. Fotinos

Dad Joe. Miss you so much. I remember all of our great times on vacation and you teaching me how to surf and all the fun times we had. I remember you letting Tracy and I camp out in the backyard.
