John Jaeger Obituary

Jaeger, John Frossard
Our father, John Frossard Jaeger, 72, Merion Station, PA, died peacefully in his sleep this week in Phoenix, AZ. To the very end, he was a generous and kind man who lived a very good life. We will miss him. He is survived by his five children: Maria Thillet, Phoenix, AZ; Molly (Jonathan Altman), Valley Forge, PA; John (Debbie Scavitto), Barto, PA; William, (USMCr), Phoenix, AZ; and David (Christine Vayda), Lansdale, PA. Dad was the pround grandfather of Joseph Hayden (USN), (Lori-ann Wright), Thomas Hayden, Patrick Hayden, Abigail Rose, John Miller, Jack, and Christian. Dad was also the proud great-grandfather of Katie and Kyleigh Hayden. He is also survived by a large extended family in Phoenix, and will always be remembered here in Phoenix as their Deputy Dad. We are comforted in knowing he is reunited in heaven with our mother, Cathleen Miller. Services are for later in the week in Pennsylvania at Saint Matthias Church, with interment at Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery. www.ALMoore-Grimshaw.com

I was sorry to hear of the death of John. I worked closely for 10 years with him at Conrail as Conrail's Real Estate counsel and have many many fond memories of him. He was smart, honest, bright and above all, a good friend. Rest assure that in the Conrail family, he will be remembered.

Dear Molly and Maria,
I am so sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. I was a roommate of your Mother's in nursing school at Georgetown and remember so well how much they loved each other. Now they are together again - a comforting thought to me. Love to you all,
