John Vaux Obituary
80, of Sun City West, AZ passed away on February 4, 2011. Born and raised in Hammond, Indiana and resided in area until 1981 when moving to Arizona. He is survived by his wife Mary of 37 years, Brother Herb, Sister Willamae, Cousin Carla. Children: Renee, Bryan, Jeff, Craig (Denise), Brett (Bobbie), John (Jeanette) and step-sons: Ernie (Martha), Glenn (Pam), and Gary (Beatrice). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He will rest at Heritage Funeral Home, 6830 W. Thunderbird, Peoria. Visitation at 10am with Services at 11am on Tuesday, February 8, 2011. Burial will follow at National Memorial Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mount Zion Lutheran Church, 8902 W. Deer Valley Rd., Peoria, AZ 85382. Loving husband, father, grandfather, a great friend and Korean Veteran.

I will always miss you grandpa. Thank you for always caring about us grandkids and all of the wonderful things you have done for us. I am so sorry we never spent more time together but as Gary & Bea said we'll see you later. :)

We loaded three additional pictures from John's MO vacation to the guest book. We were so happy to see him this past summer, not realizing it would be the last time. How precious is life? Our prayers are with you. We're not going to say "good bye", instead we're saying "we'll see you later".
