83, of Phoenix passed away peacefully at home on September 6, 2013. Born on February 16, 1930 in North Chicago, Illinois, Josephine was a long-time resident of Libertyville, Illinois before moving to Phoenix in 1989. Preceded in death by her loving husband John R. Eubank. Devoted mother of Joan (Michael) Giel, Linda Eubank and Paul (Bethany) Eubank all of Phoenix. Grandmother to Connor and Jeffrey. Services to be held in Illinois. Memorial contributions to Hospice of the Valley, whose staff lovingly cared for Josephine. Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014, www.hov.org/donate.
