Kelly Allen Obituary
Kelly Allen, age 70, of Phoenix, AZ, passed away at home on Saturday Feb 28, 2009 surrounded by her family, after courageously fighting cancer with grace, beauty and a great attitude. She was born April 9, 1938 in Los Angeles, CA to Mary Dell and Steve Eaton. After moving to Washington D.C., she had a successful modeling career that included runway modeling, commercials, and print advertising, as well as extra work in movies. After meeting her husband, Larry Allen they eventually settled down in Arlington Texas with two daughters, Pam Sutton and Linda Ripley, and two sons, Mark Allen and Steve Allen. Kelly also worked as a Real Estate agent in Dallas Texas, and after retiring to Phoenix Arizona, Kelly worked as a receptionist with Reality Executives. They made many friends, who they also enjoyed spending time and traveling around the world with. Besides her 4 children, she is survived by her two brothers: Phillip Eaton, Gary Eaton, and son-in-law Scott Sutton, daughters-in-law Pam Allen and Celinda Allen as well as her beloved grandchildren, Ryan Sutton 22, Chad Ripley 20, Zachary Ripley 12, Rachel Allen 12 and Ashley Allen 9. A celebration of her life will be held Saturday March 7, 2009, from 2 to 4 PM at her home.
