Lidia Moreno Obituary
Lidia Vasquez Moreno, widow of Leonardo, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother passed away peacefully in her home on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at the age of 83 in El Mirage, Arizona. Born in Mexico, raised in Texas and later moved to Arizona in 1963. Lidia loved being part of the El Mirage Senior Center. She loved cooking and making tamales for family and friends. She is remembered as a kind hearted, selfless, spirituality grounded woman, who left an impression on so many and we are blessed to have known and loved her. Lidia is survived by her brother Alfredo Vasquez, 5 daughters, 3 sons, 21 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Visitation 5:00pm August 31st and funeral services 10:00am September 1st Sunwest Funeral Home & Cemetery 12525 NW Grand Ave, El Mirage. If possible wear purple on Friday and no red flowers please.
