71, of Sun City, AZ passed away on Friday, April 23, 2010. Nell was born in Midland, TX and she is survived by her husband Jim, sisters Mary, Liz, Bea (Nick), brother Michael (Dawn), step-children; Caryn, Caryl, Thomas, grandchild Kimberly and many nieces and nephews. No services planned. Contributions to Hospice of Arizona.

Dear Tobin family, my deepest sympathies in the loss of Lottie. I got to know her when I worked with her Ophthalmologist about 5 years ago. I admired her strength with her health problems and she helped me when I was going through mine. She was just a joy to work with and never without a smile.
