Margaret Knowles Obituary
Scottsdale - Margaret Ann Knowles, 88, born in 1930 and went to be with her savior on her birthday, April 25, 2018. She worked as an Executive Assistant at PPG Industries in Barberton, Ohio, Ferguson in Cleveland, Ohio, and Exxon in Dallas, TX. Margaret attended The Chapel in Akron, Ohio, and was an active member of Boca Raton Community Church in Florida. She was a faithful volunteer for many organizations. She was born in Akron, Ohio, to Harry and Audrey Doyle, and predeceased by siblings Harriet Winer, James Doyle, Lewis Doyle, and Helen Pahl. Margaret was also preceded in death by George, husband of 20 years, and survived by stepchildren Philip (Miriam) Knowles, Marji (Michael) Tibbott, and James Knowles (predeceased). Also survived by step-grandchildren Jonathan Knowles, Sarah Knowles Wagner (Jonathon) and Jeffrey Knowles (Raini) and seven step-great grandchildren. She is survived by nieces and nephews: Terri Cameron and children Michael and Elise (Daniel) Taheri; Susan (William) Victor and children Shari (JJ) Zwirn, Erin (Joey) Grantham, and Katie Victor; Scott Doyle; Kathleen (Joseph) Mandia and children Adam Schmidt and Shana McDaniels (deceased); Kerry Doyle (deceased) and children Rachael, Sarah and Michael Doyle; Kim (JoAnn) Doyle and children Christopher (Heather) Doyle, Shawna Doyle, Sheila (Shane) Lawless, Nicholas and Joseph Doyle; Cynthia (Robert) Green and children Stacy (Ron) Trejbal and Megan (Robert) Wilson; Jacki (Charlie) Hoagland and children Peter and Bridget Hoagland; Cheryl Grether and children Andrea (Bill Agnew) Jones, Theresa (Craig) Burch, and Alicia Grether. Predeceased by Steve, Robin and Rick Doyle. Family and friends celebrated the beautiful and remarkable life of Margaret on April 29 at Messinger Pinnacle Peak Mortuary, 8555 E Pinnacle Peak Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85255. Margaret was laid to rest on May 1 with George at the Boca Raton Mausoleum, 451 SW 4th Avenue, Boca Raton, FL 33432.
