Marsha McDavid Obituary

Marsha Aliceson McDavid, 48, resident of Cottonwood, Arizona, passed
away in Sedona, Arizona on Tuesday, June 6, 2006. She was born on May 1, 1958 in Bladensburg, MD, to James R. and Jean A. McDavid. Marsha graduated from Glendale High School. Marsha is the founder and director of A.S.A.P. Placement Services, which provides employment opportunities for the disabled. Marsha enjoyed gardening, garage sales, snow skiing, restoring antiques and swimming in the ocean. Marsha was beautiful-beautiful inside and out; she was full of love, faith and she possessed strength of character beyond what most of us could ever hope to achieve. She is loved, and she will be missed. She is preceded in death by her parents. Marsha leaves behind her husband of 14 years, John Richard Rutkowski of Cottonwood, Arizona; her brothers, Bruce McDavid of Carlsbad, California and Bill McDavid of Flagstaff, Arizona; and her sister, Judy Shelton of Flagstaff, Arizona. Marsha is also survived by 2 nephews, 2 nieces and 1 great-niece. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, June 14, 2006 at 11:00am at Westcott Funeral Home, 1013 E. Mingus Ave., in Cottonwood, Arizona. An online guestbook is available at www.westcottfuneralhome.com
