Chandler, Martha Jane
73, passed away April 10, 2011 in Bisbee, Arizona. Predeceased by her parents: Andrew (Jack) Jackson Squire and Lula M. Squire. She attended Riverside Elementary, Phoenix Union High School and obtained a degree in English and history from Grand Canyon College. She became a school teacher and taught school all over Arizona. She then started a career in tax preparation and became a tax consultant. Jane had deep roots in Southeastern Arizona as she spent many summers at her family's ranch in Paul Spur, outside of Douglas, AZ while growing up. When she decided to open a tax preparation business, she naturally returned to the area she loved and opened in Bisbee in 1986. She was a small business owner in Bisbee, Sierra Vista, Douglas and Laveen, AZ. Helping people became her greatest passion until the day she passed. She is survived by her husband James D. Chandler and daughters Jackee Lu Chandler and Jane Marie (Bridgette) Broyles, and grandson Joshua E. Broyles. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 19, 2011 from 6-8 PM with a memorial service Wednesday, April 20, 2011 at 11 am. both at A.L. Moore Grimshaw, 710 West Bethany Home Rd. Phoenix. Graveside services to immediately follow at Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery, Phoenix.
