Nancy Henry Obituary
Nancy Lee Henry, 60, of Chandler, AZ went to be with the Lord on August 23, 2011. She was born on September 23, 1950 in Kearney, NE to Jack and Leta Stengel. Nancy was known as "Mimi" to family and friends. She was self employed as an interior designer. Her smile lit up the room and she touched the lives of those who knew her. She was preceded in death by her father, Jack Stengel and her sister, Trudy Gillming. She is survived by her husband Bob Henry of Chandler, AZ, her mother Leta Stengel of Kearney, NE, her daughter Lori Crump of Chandler , sons Mike Henry of Gilbert, AZ and Jason Henry of Chandler, brother Joe Stengel of Kearney NE, sisters Lynn Kelly of Pleasant Hill, IA, and Joann Tumbleson of Lincoln NE. grandchildren Kaylin, Kile, Connor and Hannah, and great grandchild Adalee. Visitation will be held on Thursday Sept. 1, 2011 from 5 to 8 PM at Falconer Funeral Home, 251 W Juniper Ave, Gilbert, AZ . A celebration of her life is being held on Friday September 2, 2011 at 10:00AM at Chandler Christian Church 1825 S Alma School Rd, Chandler, AZ. I am so sorry to hear about Nancy's passing. Nancy and I were pretty close in age and our families spent many good times together while we were growing up. My prayers and thoughts are with her family.
