We miss you Neil. There isn't a day that goes by we haven't said or thought "What would Neil do?" Or "What would Neil have to say about that". We reminisce about our memories with you and your favorite phrases; that helps as we usually end up laughing and smiling knowing how lucky we are to have known such an amazing human being. I know you are watching over us and will continue to do so. Feel free to push and nudge when we need it; we will listen:) until we meet again my friend...

Neil, We started at TFS on the same day and I had the pleasure to work with and for you. Although we just celebrated 14 years with TFS I thought we had another 14 left. You taught me much and were a great listener. You always asked about my cats, my Mom and John, thank you! Kirsten and family, I pray for your Peace at this difficult time. Peace . . .

Hope they go all the way this year!

You made a difference in so many lives. I will miss your smile, it was always a great day at work if I happened to run into you or was able to assist with a real time issue. You had a special gift of making people feel good about themselves. In your short time on earth you were able to accomplish so much but it's true what they say. When you leave people will not remember all that you accomplished they remember how you made them feel. So many people will remember you and smile. This is my favorite photo of you and Kirsten . I hope the Cardinals go all the way to the Super Bowl this year. I will do my best to live life the way you did Neil!

It's difficult to find the right words to express the loss of someone like you. I'll forever be grateful that I had the opportunity to cross paths with you. Not many possess the character trait GENUINE but that was you. Thank you for being a friend. My condolences to Kirsten, your mom & your brother. I'm sure right now you are rejoicing with your father. May you RIP Neil, until we meet again my friend.

No one knows when we will be called home. What we know is that when one is called home it is because one has sucessfully completed the task our Lord has given us.
Some are quicker than others at achieving this goal. Neil is a prime example of being quicker than others. He was able to touch so many lives both professionally and personally and give so much of himself in such a short amount of time and just like that Neil your task is complete. Once again you have made it look easy, if only we knew how you did it.
You will be missed by many.
We will cherish all the memories and reflect on the lessons you taught us.
Neil may the light lead you home and may we call on you once more to help guide us home once we have completed our task.
May God Bless your family and help ease their sorrow.
Until we meet again my friend.

My dear Toyota friend, I am truly blessed to have known you. Finding the right words seems difficult during a time of such great sorrow. You touched so many lives. I'll always remember Neil's contagious smile and cheery disposition. Even when I would see him at the Mountainside fitness gym, he wore a smile! I pray for his wife Kirsten, his family and all of the lives he touched along the way who are missing him so much. May God keep everyone in the palm of His hands and embrace everyone with His love until we meet our friend again. God Bless

Neil, I struggle to find a way to express the sadness I feel. No one can prepare for such tragedy; however, I take comfort in knowing that you are resting in peace. The random run-ins at the dog park, the tailgates before a game and the bonding times on the golf course will live on in my memory! You were such a great person and co-worker who opened your heart to all and I know God has a plan for you! My deepest condolences to Kirsten and your family may the love of family and friends comfort you during these difficult times!

Neil was an amazing person who will forever live on in the memories of so many. I don't think i've ever met more of a selfless individual who cared so much for everyone he met. I still think that one day we'll have lunch again and that this whole thing is a mistake. My heart aches with his loss and even more so for you Kirsten and his family. The deepest of condolences for the entire Patel family.

Neil, my friend, as difficult as it is to accept the harsh reality of your untimely passing you will forever live in my heart and mind; always to hear your wonderfully infectious belly laugh, along with your quick-witted observations of people that had anyone listening on the floor with laughter.

Above all else, I shall remember your kindness; empathy toward others and your natural ability to have people you just met drawn to you and wishing to be your newest best friend.

I love you Neil but hate your passing, which I must confess, infuriates me. It was, however, an absolute privilege to have met you along our path through life. Traveling this, oftentimes unfair, path you certainly represent one of MY bright spots!

Hell, I want to continue singing your well-deserved praises; I can't help myself but I will leave you for now, allowing the rest of your friends and family members the opportunity to gush praise on your life and impeccable character.

I'll keep in touch with you through my thoughts, OK buddy??

Your friend forever, Pat
