I met Lee in '76 when I was the new inspector and she was the inspector that trained me, We became instant friends. Through the years she taught me many things. During lunch one day, she taught me to crochet, and my son said she created a monster, because I was always crocheting after that. She shared her wonderful recipes that became family favorites for me and my family. She taught me about true, honest, loving friendship. Vicki Kraintz, Dee Fiore (Kedra) and I met with her for lunch at least twice a year. Many times she invited us to her home for home cooked lunches. I think she really enjoyed doing that for us. We always said "I love you" when we said goodbye after lunch. If too much time passed, she would call to see how I was and just to say "I love you". She always asked about my Mom and Kids, even sent hand made gifts to my Mom at Christmas sometimes. I will miss her musical little voice on the phone saying "Ello" when I called. I will miss our chats at lunch. I will just miss having her friendship in my life, because there will never be another friend like her ever. Lee, you made a difference in my life and you were very special to me. I will never forget you, I love you,

My thoughts and prayers are with the family. Lee has been a friend since the 70's. She was such a lovely person. I will miss her terribly. Our DEC lunches will never be the same. You could always count on seeing her there.
