Noelle Chase Obituary

Chase, Noelle B. Norris
passed on April 28, 2013 in Tempe, Arizona. Born December 15, 1960, she was the daughter of Carter and Joan B. Norris and sister of Jonathan B. and Andrew C. Norris. Noelle attended Phoenix Country Day School, as well as Kiva School in Scottsdale, Arizona. During her high school years, she attended the Hyde School in Bath, Maine where she met and later married Lex Cook, of Houston, Texas. Their son, Tabor J. Cook, resides in Tempe, Arizona. Twin daughters, Chelsea and Katherine, were born to Clyde and Noelle Chase in 1985.
Noelle cared deeply for all three of her children, and they for her.

Although Noelle took on many personal challenges in this life, she loved her family and, in her own way, demonstrated that love. Noelle will be remembered for her quick wit and willingness to help strangers. A sunset memorial time was held by the Norris Family at the Desert Botanical Garden soon after Noelle passed on. Tributes to Noelle's memory may be directed to the Desert Botanical Garden, 1201 N Galvin Parkway, Phoenix 85008.

I was captivated by Noelle from the moment I first saw her at Kiva Elementary School in Scottsdale.
We both transitioned over to Phoenix Country Day School around the same time but never really saw much of each other.
It was only during the last few years of her life that we reunited and became close friends and confidents. We truly bonded and had countless phone calls that went on for hours. I grew to love her dearly and truly miss the wonderful, caring and fascinating person she had become.
My kindest regards to her family,

Noelle was quirky funny, had a good sense of humor and could be a real hoot. She was proud of her son and enjoyed any time she could spend with her daughters. Peace be with you Noelle. You are not forgotten.
