My father was a great pillar in the community. He did and held so many positions in many different organizations. He was an example of what a real man, husband and father should be. He will forever live in our hearts.

Jennie and I went up early for Grandma and Grandpa's 50th wedding anniversary and it was unexpected the 1st night so we stayed at the house, well due to all the company we had to sleep in the RV. While grandpa was walking us out there he looked backed at us and smiled and said "I unzipped the sleeping bags for you guys". We were not yet married but I always laugh when I think of that memory. Love you Grandpa.
