Patrick Bump-Regan Obituary

Bump-Regan, Patrick (Paddy) John
passed away on May 3, 2013 at the tender age of ten months. Paddy was a beloved son, grandson, great grandson, brother, nephew, cousin, and friend. Paddy was a robust little fella who was so excited to meet his family that he was born two weeks early, on June 11, 2012. He spent his life in Phoenix, Arizona but traveled extensively until his untimely passing. Paddy's ever-present gap toothed grin and penchant for life lifted the spirits of everybody he met, and even those who knew him only through pictures. Paddy was a breathtaking baby; perfect strangers would marvel at his piercing blue eyes and shock of blond hair. Paddy is survived by his daddy Jeff Bump, mommy Sara Regan, brother Sean, paternal grandma Linda Bump of Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, maternal grandpa and grandma John and Sandra Regan of Mesa, Arizona, uncle John Regan (auntie Amie "Mimi") of Canandaigua, New York, auntie Kate Regan of Mesa, Arizona, auntie Bethany Bump-White (uncle Chad) of Brownstown, Michigan, great grandma Fern Girtler of Winona, Minnesota, and his many adoring cousins. Paddy has met his grandpa Donald Bump in Heaven. Paddy loved his blankie, his pacifiers, his peek-a-boo bear, Sesame Street, Disneyland, and every toy with flashing lights and music. And Paddy loved his big brother Sean most of all. A Celebration of Life will be held for Paddy at Christ Church of the Ascension on Thursday, May 9, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers we would be honored to accept donations to Christ Church School for a scholarship fund established in Paddy's name: The Paddy Bump-Regan Memorial Fund, c/o Christ Church School, 4015 E. Lincoln Drive, Paradise Valley, Arizona 85253. Goodbye Bubba, we will see your smiling face whenever we look to the sky. Arrangements entrusted to Messinger Indian School Mortuary.

I read of your loss. I don't know you but I know the pain you are in. We lost our fourteen week grandson last year on May 4. If you ever need someone to just listen, I would be honored. Susan [email protected]

Yes, there are angels among us and there are angels above. You are blessed to have both in your life with Sean & Paddy. Now Paddy's reporting back to heaven with news of two beautiful parents on earth and one dearly loved big brother.
