Dearest family,
Our heavenly Father has promised that you will see Phillip again. Until that time, lean on him and trust that he will provide you with comfort and the strength needed to sustain you during this time. (Psalm 83:18)

I was always a little afraid of your dad. I think he got a kick out of that. I'm very happy he is at peace now. Blessings to each of you - Martha, Don, Cheryl and Lori, as you experience this loss in your own way!

I worked with Phil in the Phx District Lab back in the 70's or 80's, so long ago I can't remember exactly. He was a great guy and it is an honor to have known him. My condolences to his family.

Wonderful man. Quick with a joke and a wink, wicked smart with a generous heart. Adored by family and friends. Blessed to have known and loved him. His legacy lives on in his incredibly devoted son and daughters.

Cheryl, I never met your father but you were a good and loving daughter so I suspect he was quite a good man. Sending sympathy to you and your family at this difficult time. Peace be with you. Remember the good times. Hugs, Judy Waters

I got to know Mr. Chadwick after his daughter, Cheryl, and I started dating a little over a year ago. He was always very kind to me and I enjoyed sitting and watching old movies with him. My heart goes out to his kids, grandkids and great grandkids. You will be missed sir. RIP

I worked with Phil in Phoenix with the department of transportation. I learned a lot from him which has benefited me in my career and life. I enjoyed working and talking to him. He was a great man.
